And the colouring continues...
The first book in the trilogy had left me mixed feeling. Confusion, meh and cute awww being the most dominant of them all. I couldn’t pinpoint to great extend how or what I felt about it and the couple things I knew were somewhat clear to me, were extremely hard for to put to words that people outside my head would understand.
Now I’ve just finished Book 2 and I find myself in the same spot sporting the same feeling, admittedly not as intense as the first time around but still quite prominent.
I do not know what is up with this trilogy, I truly don’t. I am reading and after I am done I feel a multitude of feelings, which is the norm I know, but those feeling never lead to a more definite and solid conclusion as they should have. Did I like it, did I not, was it half and half leaning to either or?
Take the above into account I will not try to list what I liked or didn’t like here. Whatever I say will fell sort and be as garbled and confusing as my thoughts.
I am moving on to the final part of the trilogy (already 40% as I type this) and hopefully by the end I will have that extremely elusive hold over what is actually up with this trilogy.
