This was the worst thing I have read so far! And it's not from the plot point of view, not entirely at least.
It was the worst writing I've stumbled upon! Words missing everywhere, punctuation absent, words that had the same meaning next to each other. It didn't make any sense! I have to re-read every sentence to construct it from the beginning to make it out.
And repetitive as fucking hell!! Pages upon pages of what was essentially the same sentence! The first 50% of it had like 5-6 sentences repeated over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
I'm not complaining about the sex cause I knew what I was reading. :)
It had potential, really it had. Even for a sex book it had an interesting take on Greek mythology, but being written and published like a first draft without a second glance what so ever squashed that.
I read this in October 2015.
There is a new 2017 re-edited edition with re-imagined scenes available now.
This review was for the previous edition.
I will not be reading (or re-reading) & reviewing (re-reviewing) this books new edition. I do not care how much things might have improved or the amount of new stuff added,I simply am set into the series with the characters and situations I have already read. Call me weird but re-reading will ruin the series for me at this point.
